What makes Sir George Seymour College special?

Sir George Seymour National College of Airline, Travel & Tourism is a Private Tertiary Establishment specialising exclusively in education programmes for the airline, travel & tourism industries. The College is fully government registered and accredited, and offers programmes and full time courses at its Campuses in Auckland, Hamilton, Rotorua, Wellington, Christchurch & Dunedin. We also offer an extensive range of packages and options for use at secondary schools nationwide for teaching and assessing the National Certificate in Tourism (Introductory skills) Level 2, Version 3.

The College has a commitment to achieving outstanding quality standards which has formally been recognised by the travel & tourism industry.

We have a close relationship with secondary schools nationwide and many of our tertiary students come directly from schools. We recognised the need to offer an alternative to existing resources and assessments at Tertiary level, which lead to the completion of packages for the National Certificate in Tourism Level 2 in 2003, since this launch we have continued to introduce additional unit standard packages & resources, remaining competitive and proactive with other providers. With the fantastic ability to quickly enhance and develop our resources and act on feedback and ideas received from secondary schools, ensuring our packages match what works best for high schools, tourism teachers and secondary schools nationwide.

Our packages include student workbooks, teacher resources & assessments for all unit standards included in the National Certificate in Tourism (Introductory skills) Level 2, Version 3.

All student workbooks come with the assessments (separately).

Teacher kits include a copy of the student workbook & assessment, complete with all answers, marking schedules, extra resources such as OHT's, games, activities & puzzles which will save on your planning and preparation time.

We offer 20% discount off the RRP of ALL Lonely Planet guides when ordered through us, which are great resources to use in the classroom. We are also able to access good discounts on other Travel Guides, Maps & Atlases, so please feel free to contact the team using the details at the top of this page.
