2. Certificate in Travel & Tourism Operations

This certificate is designed to provide people with a range of skills and knowledge required in making and processing travel arrangements. It builds on the skills learnt in the Certificate in Tourism Operations and is a great pathway for the Certificate in International Travel & Tourism Operations.

There are 63 credits in this qualification which are made up from a variety of unit standards of which the majority are at level 3. These credits can be used towards the National Certificate in Travel Level 3. The remaining credits required by NZQA for this National Certificate can be gained by attending face to face block courses at one of our campuses (due to their technical nature). It is important to note that it is recommended all students complete the Certificate in Tourism Operations prior to starting this qualification.
