1. Certificate in Tourism Operations

The Certificate in Tourism Operations is designed to provide people with a broad range of skills and knowledge required within the wider tourism industry. People awarded with this certificate are able to demonstrate customer service and communication skills.

There are 59 credits in this qualification which are made up of a variety of unit standards at level 3.
