Full training and support is given in tutoring, assessing and providing an exciting learning environment for your students.

We are a fun organisation to work for with a great annual conference. 2006 was Norfolk Island, 2007 Queenstown, 2008 Brisbane, 2009 Chateau, 2011 Fiji and 2012 is Hamner Springs.

There are lots of travel opportunities including an option to take a group of students overseas on an educational as part of their studies in 2010 - 15 of our staff won travel vouchers worth $2,000 each.

Starting salary is $42,000 with a review of $2,000 after approximately 12 months and then to $48,000 normally at 2.5 years!  Also consider this - there are no late nights, no shifts and no scheduled weekend work!  We are flexible when it comes to long holidays at Christmas.
